The timeline

The timeline offers the possibility to indicate the important milestones in the project. This can be about the phases of the project, but it can also be specifically about announcing the moments or periods in which input or the opinion of stakeholders is requested.
In this example, we show the main milestones of the iReport's developments. This gives a nice overview of the steps we have taken so far, but also an overview of what can still be expected.

Timeline with an overview of the developments of iReport

Start of project Houtribdijk

The ideas to make EIA digital and interactive were converted in 2016 into a pilot project in which the EIA Reinforcement Houtribdijk is recreated in a digital form, based on the hard copy report. The pilot project is a collaboration between RHDHV and Rijkswaterstaat.

Advisory report Digital EIR-NCEA

The NCEA has evaluated the pilot project primarily from its role as assessor of the quality of EA re-ports. It has therefore looked at what requirements a digital interactive EA report must satisfy to ensure that complete and correct information is made available.

Start use of new plaform

The use of a new platform offers more opportunities for further professionalization

New features are added

The possibilities of adding text, tables, graphs, photos and film are expanded with the possibilities of adding 2D and 3D maps and 3D model viewers.

First fully digital and interactive report is delivered.

After the first digital EIA that has been submitted in the procedure, several reports will follow for a wide variety of goals and customers. The atlas map is added as a feature

eParticipatie is added to the iReport

iReport has grown into a project website with a homepage, multiple publications, map atlas and other map apps. EParticipation is now also being added to this. Various options are now available to consult stakeholders.

Compliancy to web accessibility rules and guidelines

Web accessibility is important to give everyone access to digital information. Governments therefore increasingly have to comply with legal obligations. The iReport has been tested for web accessibility.

New (data-related) features are on the backlog

All kinds of ideas for further development are on the backlog and these will be added step by step to the iReport in the near future.
